Eleven members played 18 holes of Pitch and Putt on the course, which had recovered well from Sunday’s heavy rain, at the West Park Golf Centre. The winner on the day was Tony Frewin with an excellent round of 79 whilst Keith Harris and Tony Murray shared second spot with rounds of 83. Others taking part: David Bateson, Nanette Wright, Cheryl Stephenson, Richard and Maggie Lewin, Christine Gowers, Ernie Bailey and John Skuse.
